Chuck Lehman, President / CEO

A graduate of Purdue University, Chuck began Lehman & Lehman, Inc. in 1988. During the past 25 years he has established himself as a leader in master planning and strategic planning and is also recognized for his vision in urban design and Placemaking.

Chuck and his wife, Susan, have three children and three grandsons. Active in their community and their church, they relax by the shores of Lake Michigan as often as possible.

Mike Bultinck, Landscape Architect

Also a graduate of Purdue University, Mike has been with Lehman & Lehman, Inc. since 2004. His attention to detail has gained him much respect from his clients as he strives to create sensible plans that are both physically and economically viable.

Mike is a busy man, both at the office and at home with his wife, Karey and their four children. Mike recently entered into the world of Little League coaching.

The heartbeat of any company is only as good as the people who make sure that everything is running smoothly everyday. That has been Pam’s job since joining Lehman & Lehman in 1998.

After the deadlines have been met at the office, Pam unwinds by walking her dog and enjoying time with her two children and five grandchildren
